[New Paper] Reveals many ciliates on gills of shrimps from deep-sea hot vents and cold seeps (Alvinocarididae and Thoridae)! Parasitic ciliates are well-known from shallow water shrimps -- they may be widespread in the deep too. Out now @jeukmicro.bsky.social , OPEN ACCESS: doi.org/10.1111/jeu.70
