Show PostI would pay money to find out exactly WHO wrote this into the Parliamentary FDP briefing paper, and why they think this is true: "NHS England has a duty to treat all suppliers the same regardless of the public perception of any organisation" NO THEY DON'T. Their duty is to patients not suppliers.
