Have a look at our new paper on sulfur metabolism in cable bacteria, first author Lea Plum-Jensen: academic.oup.com/ismej/advanc... It's an interesting case of a pathway gap being filled using AlphaFold and subsequently verified biochemically. @ismepublications.bsky.social
