Now, this was literally the first time I've ever been even a tiny bit jealous of an HOA in my ENTIRE LIFE, because it was in regards to insurance companies flying drones over your house to inspect them, BUT STILL.

Not, "Do you have an HOA?" or "We had out HOA ban that." Just full on assumption we're also in a gated neighborhood. We very specifically did not buy in an HOA neighborhood. Completely different outlook on community. Wild.
