"I'm not victim blaming, did you see how he was dressed?" If it was 'ok' to shoot at anyone who was 'kitted out' you'd see people open fire on ICE agents without the 'police' tag regularly. You cannot make meaningful change if you disarm everyone but the government, and you're not disarming them.
