The example of most gerrymander areas is real annoying too. The reason why southern states are like that is even if they were not gerrymandered they are extremely red. Also by returning fire and pressing our own gerrymander we actually did get a bunch of red states to back off on theirs.

The problem to me is that she intended to mislead. Maybe not to attract clients or in the service of a client, so it isn’t UPL, but it’s apparent that she did it to encourage a belief about her that wasn’t true. She didn’t describe herself as a lawyer because someone asked if she does legal work.
