Am I antisocial? Or am I shy? Or am I just a bad friend? Or maybe I'm just lazy? I definitely have that ADHD analysis paralysis rumination anxiety thing though. I spend a lot of time thinking about my friends, but not a lot actually interacting. I get a lot of fear built up in me over it.
