This ordeal has changed my perspective on 3:00 am wake-ups. I’m grateful for her howling for food, for her waking me up for chin scratches. The hide & seek game she plays by meowing & hiding under the bed has become my favorite. Full litters boxes & empty bowls are all signs she’s healing. ❤️‍🩹
