I was at the DMV to get my new “star”license, and there was older lady there who was absolutely sure they wouldn’t turn her away(she didn’t bring any forms of ID with her to get her new “star” license.) “They won’t turn a little old lady away!!” They would and did. The US has an entitlement problem!
