Yeah, it's a great film with the fundamental problem that it's seeking to be profound when it's telling a fairly mundane story, but you have to admire the effort to make it visually interesting and give everything a surreal twist.

Texas is strange. For years, they've circled the drain in education. It's quite puzzling. Rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue, they've replaced it with outrage and an infusion of White Christian Nationalism. And believe me, this isn’t the welcoming atmosphere of a typical Church of Christ.
