El caos de varios proyectos abiertos a la vez lo veo seguido en clientes con repos sin ambiente de staging separado. Centralizar el estado ayuda, pero al final alguien tiene que decidir cerrar proyectos, no solo organizarlos mejor. ¿Cuántos usuarios activos lleva la app?

First catalog it. Then triage for vulns, issues, exfiltration, other baddies. Then snapshot and observe delta over time. Stale mcps, skills, repos, will get obliterated. Daemons will get booted. A whole new project has already spun off into a new intent/spec/plan/code cycle for my own 34 projects 😂
Show PostOh and sentinel is read only. Super strictly. It creates a shell that I’ll review and run. It’s going to score things (perhaps) and give me a briefing. At least that’s next on its task list. We’ll see sometime tomorrow when it’s done.
