I'm underwhelmed with Carney's tepid response to Drumpf's insanity. Why can't we add 15% points to the 10% tariffs on potash and electricity & call it an export tax? Their farmers are prepping for spring. If we don't really hurt the US of R, then this will drag on longer & hurt more of our people.
