so i agreed, went back to him, he agreed to split the rent payments differently, i signed & paid the deposit, went back to her, told her i’d signed and they were asking for the first instalment, if she lent me half, i’d be able to meet it and then pay her back in 2 weeks when my sfe comes back

so I went back to her, said hi i’d really love to help but it’s too inconvenient for me, i’ll just look elsewhere. then i explained to her everything . she told me there was a way i could split the rent payments so that my first instalment would only be £750 and she’d lend me half to help me meet it
