Another way that may help people understand why I'm so adamant and passionate about this topic: did we all have bad experiences with mods? Yes! Are our communities better when we normalize rhetoric against moderators/community managers? Fuck no! It kills our communities—even stops them being born.

Agreed! I've become a staunch advocate for clear expectations about what you're willing or not willing to do to curb hurt and keep collaboration productive. I think overall this is a something that can be improved/lived with, my issue is more that the analysis tends to stop at "devs unwelcoming".

It's very weird to still see people say stuff like "I would like enhanced prose in new models" Yet the things we all actually need is even better tool calling, even better structured inputs, less talky talk, and fewer tokens returned. I don't know if everyone else lives on another planet or I do.
