Getting this tooltip to line up was so fucking annoying but FUCK YEA (Godot themes/widgets don't expose an offset for tooltips, it's a fixed offset from an upper left pivot unless you do per-widget code scripts, but fuck that so I wrangled a panel art that just naturally offsets it all correctly)
