The basic recipe in my head version based on the spice mix from my favourite supplier "Spice Mountain". Their Zanzibar mix plus garam masala, coriander, onion, tomato (liquidised chopped tomatoes), garlic, salt and random (and the last this year) chillies from the mini greenhouse.
