The simplest answer I think is Epic is pro AI because they are making gen AI tools to sell you. They don’t care about you incurring additional liability while you make things with their tools as long as ur paying them.

Founder dev knows he won't be using Gen AI, but he is also planning on hiring several contractors working for him who he can't hover over every second of the day. We can (and will) say their use of Gen AI is a breach of the ICA, but what is this breach results in dev's breach of the Pub Agreement?
