I have a loop scarf, that I wiggle over my shoulders too. That helps, also. And a neck brace. This is why I hate flying. Nothing to do with fear, all to do with discomfort. Short haul only, for me.

Hypermobile chums, consider taking a strap, or belt, for the legs, on flights. To stabilise hips. Made everything much better. Saw it, as a tip, on insta.

Morning Bluebs, had a bloody lovely sleep… in a cold room, with a bedspread and duvet. All cozy, and tucked up. Daphne brought her biggest toy, as an offering, this morning. A massive pink flamingo, obvs. 🦩
