I hope not, but it certainly seems like it was. After that bullshit in the Oval, the White House immediately started floating not sending Ukraine any more aid, then the entire Cabinet sent their ‘Dear Leader you are so strong’ messages, Rubio went on TV to demand an apology, etc. It’s gross.
