Kroger just announced the largest layoffs in its history, with plans to cut 3,000 employees as it ramps up use of AI. Reminder that Kroger has spent $12.3B on stock buybacks since 2019 and paid its CEO $14M last year — 417x its median worker's pay. AI is turbo-charging corporate greed.

Do folks genuinely not realize as soon as Democrats pass term limits and-or any ethics bill the Roberts Court will immediately move to neuter those bills? If the Dems get trifecta only way to mitigate the threat of Roberts Ct will be through power - expansion.
