In 2022, Mexican courts ordered US company Amway to return to local communities 280 hectares it had acquired illegally. Instead of complying, Amway filed a US$3 bn arbitration case for damages, which it lost. Today, it continues to deny communities access to their land. #StopISDS grain.org/e/7042
