I don't even know how to ask for help on my other socmed accounts or from people I love because I don't want to worry them. I'm probably going to worry them anyway. I just want to dissappear into the forest and let nature take me At least I'd help some mushrooms grow

I haven't felt emotional or physical pain like this in 10 years. I don't know how to cope with this much longer. I thought I was coping better - then it just hit me again today. I fucking hate this, I can barely move, barely breathe, barely think and I don't know how to survive financially either
