I only do it to avoid the algorithm censors or when I'm limited by word/character count. I make a lot of grammar errors when I'm trying to fix character count and then mess up the rephrasing. 😅 But yeah, my Neurodivergent/diverse self prefers the spelled out words when possible in more formal text.

YES. And it's disgusting. It's not: Content Warning: "May contain violence". It's more listed as "Content Warning: 'Character_name' goes through whipping, discipline, and obeying his mistress, _Character B_ until she gets what [pronoun] wants his undying devotion." !@#$.
