For the first time in over 20 years of using macOS / OSX, I’ve downgraded from the current release to the previous one (Tahoe back to Sequoia). I tried my hardest to adapt to Tahoe but it’s just so bad in so many places. Really hoping that they right the ship.

OSX Tahoe looks horrible. I still don't enjoy this Liquid Glass bollocks on my phone, there's no way I should put it on my computer too is there?

in related news, i'm late to the party with the wildly disorienting osx tahoe experience. my brain can't reconcile the parts apple pretty clearly stole straight from #gnome and all the overly-rounded corners in places they don't make any sense combined with 1998 corel photopaint emboss effects. fml

Final tech rant: Apple had comically ruined both ios and osx with ios 26 and Tahoe. My not too old iPhone barely can make it through a morning without a charge. What lunacy.

This is probably old man yells at cloud energy, but I really hate the new OSX Tahoe with liquid glass. The over bordering and nesting with curved UI components makes everything look like a subwindow.
