"Government will find another way" dawg we had this debate when we passed the 16th amendment too and we all decided "we live in a society" IS the way, you ain't special, just sign your property over to the town with a quitclaim deed and go live in a cave if you wanna be 'liberated' from taxes

Property taxes are your fee for existing in a society. I'm sorry you don't get out of those and have to be like everyone else. We can come up with income and wealth taxes instead!

I would just get a photo, put together a poster saying this man hates libraries, police, parks and garbage collection and doesn't want to pay for them. Then post it every place he's likely to go in his town.

The answer to "how do you deal with this" is I think "triple their property taxes, because if someone thinks this is a major issue then they've got too much net worth and too much time on their hands"
