Feeling a bit poorly so I've spent Sunday in my Big Chair, reading a few comics. The second part of Sussex by @goodie182.bsky.social and Windleshams Folly by @danbellcomics.bsky.social. Both excellent and well worth your money and time!

How dare you accuse me of crying?! 🤣 Just woke up… a little hungover and still slightly in disbelief that this actually happened. Thank you to everyone who nominated me, everyone who voted, and everyone who sent me a message last night while I was asleep. You’re all lovely people. Thank you ❤️

3. The illustrations and panel layout of this comic are phenomenal! I had to reread several pages multiple times just to take it all in. This is one of the best comics I have read in recent memory!

but much of the time. I wasn’t expecting this kind of opening in a WWII story. 2. This is an emotional gut punch of a war story. It has more to do with two men standing on a beach talking about their memories than things blowing up. Even so, it is more intense than most comics I have read.
