Surveillance capitalism feels like a bad deal to me, honestly. We get free apps, sure, but companies quietly collect our searches, location, and daily habits, then sell that info for profit or feed us with ads. I don't think convenience should cost us our privacy like this. #Media180Friday1000

#Media180Friday1000 I think with how music scenes are typically popularized it makes it difficult for new ones to pop into the spotlight now but streaming makes it easier for people to learn about new and old music genres/scenes so I wouldn’t say that it can’t thrive now compared to the past.
