Hopefully not a controversial post, but I'm about to publish a book that is a unique combination of fantasy and romance that i think will be a perfect sweet spot for marketing purposes. I've been planning to call it romantasy when it debuts soon and i can't wait to see what y'all think!

Oh yeah, it's really bad in some subgenres of Romance. Fantasy romance seems to be the worst for me but I suspect that's just marketing something as a Romance when it isn't. Contemporary and Regency seem to be the better behaved ones in the free indie book lists. Sci Fi can be hit or miss.
