If you're both into each other "Can I kiss you?" "Can I take your shirt off?" "Do you wanna do this?" Will NOT ruin the mood. Neither will "Do you like the way I'm doing this?" Consent is SO important, as is making sure the person you're with is actually experiencing pleasure.
