My code had no visible bugs until I opened the debugger console output. Why would they make a feature with the only purpose to cause bugs? >:c
Show Postco-signed! if you just think a cane looks cool, if it would improve your life even just aesthetically, YES PLEASE GO USE ONE. literally I do not understand why canes stopped being fashionable and became something Only Cripples Use!! they can look great and are SO USEFUL even if you’re not disabled!
Show Postalso, yes, starting to use a cane in my early 20s whenever I needed a bit more stability or support is literally WHY in my early 40s I *can* still, most days, walk and run without a cane or other mobility device. it has kept me from damaging my joints and mobility severely!
Show PostThose are really cool! No pics handy, but all of mine are basic ones from a pharmacy, in a variety of interesting/pretty colors. HOWEVER, they all have the cane tips that let them (mostly) stand on their own. (And when they do fall over, I can stand them up again with my foot - no bending.😉)
Show PostYes! If I’m having a particularly unstable time with pain flares, I walk with a cane all the time because it helps reduce flares to use it when I’m fine. Also, with hyper mobility you never know when you’re going to dislocate a goddamn hip and *need* to put a lot of weight into a cane to walk.
