like ebaums world before them, AI companies are making stealing from people normal through sheer brute force they do not care what's fair, what's sustainable, or what people want. they will simply gobble up whatever they want, and fart it back to you, to their benefit

it took decades but we evolved a sort of silent agreement to deal with most of these problems. give credit where it's due, compensate artists, etc. it doesn't work well, but the values we developed over decades are all quietly there and AI companies are flouting all of it. they simply do not care

this is a silly and quaint example, but there was CONSTANT in-fighting, shaming, and at a corporate level, prosecutions on the early internet there are people to this day who feel visceral hate hearing the phrase "ebaums world" because they did something that 5 million Instagram accounts do today
