I love FB community groups "My daughter found a half-full can of alcohol this am at the kids bus stop. It probably won’t do much to post on here, but maybe there’s a chance the right person will read this." I hope they find the guy and lecture him on wasting liquor. Hope the kid shared it.

Took the day off today so that I can go buy a new dishwasher and tackle some yard winterization .. gonna be a nice day once it warms up a tad. Maybe I'll even take a breather for an afternoon beverage 🍻

This might be weird coming from somebody who has done macros for almost a decade, but I do not get the protein food fad. It’s expensive and probably tastes like 💩 Just eat regular cereal and get your protein elsewhere. Or mix in some yogurt + protein powder .. it’s actually quite good 🤷‍♂️
