I commute 1-3 hours any day I go into the office. And I’d complain formally about this policy if I actually believed it wasn’t intentional. So anyways I’m gonna be listening to Rammestein in mind numbing volume on the way home

Some big accounts will respond defensively to feedback. That’s partially, I think, because when you’re big enough you attract a lot of sycophantic AND hypercritical responses. At least that’s what I experienced. Question big accounts, mine, and everyone else’s (but please don’t be an asshole).

I look back at talks and articles I’ve written and see gaps all of the time. I have a working log of “things I need to amend somehow” in my head. When I put those things out, I didn’t mean to be incorrect but I was. I’m wrong all of the time, and I like learning when I am.
