Two visits ago, my doctor asked if it was ok if she used AI to take notes via a dictation app, and I said no. On my most recent visit, she automatically exited AI and started taking manual notes, which I very much appreciated.

Aside from all the obvious reasons, I don't necessarily want every single thing I say to my GP to be recorded. I want to be able to discuss aspects of my history without them being engraved in my medical records. If you relate, you relate.
