Rainy days are here! Today wasn't the worst, it was between a drizzle and light rain, but a jacket was used and it was worth it. Had three long intervals, felt good and in control. Retired my Adidas Adizero SL Evo shoes - they're great for speed, but lacked in longevity. #running #pigtailpower
