The NHS never has the most up to date version of the jab. I remember the other year when I actually qualified for it they used up the old previous seasons stock on the most vulnerable ones first before giving the rest of us the latest version 😡

It's awful seeing your friends go through such dark days but I know they will be valuing all the support you are giving them. Make sure you look after yourself too as we don't appreciate the effect it has on us as well and a bit of downtime with a book sounds just the thing.

Morning all. Still dark here while I drink my first cuppa having been instructed by a dog that it's 6am and time to go downstairs 😅 Cats have been fed too but waiting for the light to let hens out. Back to yoga this am after a break because instructor was on holiday. Looking forward to it. HAGD.
