I reply to as much as I can in real time but I still spend about 3 hours on it every evening. If anything else demands that time I get buried and spend a week recovering ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ Unless you want to go Claude faker mode, that's life!
