If your EMDR therapist is having you make a top 10 worst traumas list at any point OR having you start trying to reprocess traumas during your 3rd session with them, RUN. You need another therapist. They don’t know what they are doing and they are about to malpractice you

Got a little crazy since I saw "Repo" was trending. I like obscure weird little gems like these. Apologies. I /had/ all of them, including "NightBreeds"- which my room mate promptly sold during his gambling phase. I was not amused, but Karma smacked him. Hard.
