Morning hike was blissful. I’m down 25 lbs from 320lbs / 145kg in April and—despite how much I LOVED being that big and beefy—i feel better. 6 months of shitty hip pain is gone and I can hike again ❤️🥳 The answer to “how big can I get but still do the things I love” seems to be 290lbs / 130kg

Thanks to some simple changes in diet i’m down nearly 50 lbs and feel great. Did I love being 320lbs? Hell ya, at least aesthetically. Is life way easier at 273? Also hell ya. Feel so much better. I’ll always be a thick dad, and I will always adore big men, just finding the balance for me.
