Opt-out by default would be the bare minimum of respect. The pattern of quietly flipping defaults and hoping people don't notice is so tired. What's your take on whether code hosting can ever stay neutral, or is training on user data just the inevitable business model now?

This heartwarming story does not surprise me because AI has made incredible leaps in just a few years. But I’m happy this story will piss off conspiracy theorists like RFK Jr. and anti-vaxxers who don’t trust science and mRNA vaccines.
