One day I’m going to write a book of meal ideas for low-energy days and call it “Spoon-fed”. It’ll be full of gems like vegetables and instant noodles, recipes for “good day” soups you can freeze for the less good days, and “banging boil in the bag for 2” (Biryani + two curries in one pot).
