Tonight's Dram is from @circumstancewhisky.bsky.social. I currently have most of my stuff in storage so it's getting to know a few drams atm. Jamaican Ginger Cake, Dark Chocolate, and orange peel on the nose. Palate is tinned peach in syrup, icing sugar, white pepper, spearmint, cola cubes. Lovely😍

Loving this release from @circumstancewhisky.bsky.social. really nice balance between the grains and cask. Fruity, chocolate, spearmint, and a nice green melon note. Great dram that's available at the distillery down in Bristol 🥃

2 - It was distilled through a copper whisky hood and 4 plate column before ageing for 37 months in new European oak, ex bourbon and oloroso conditioned casks. @circumstancewhisky.bsky.social #whiskywednesday

That’s a very nice whisky 👌. Gone are the days of years sitting in tired old ex bourbon casks eh.
