I've already noticed news organisations in the UK now treating statements from the US govt and military with almost the same amount of caution as they would with a statement from the IRGC. Not sure how that gets fixed anytime soon.

Reading through the amicus briefs in Trump v. Anderson (like you do) and it's just so funny to me that U.S. Term Limits, Inc. filed an amicus brief being like "this case has nothing to do with U.S. Term Limits, Inc. v. Thornton (1995), AND ALSO Thorton was wrong we're still mad about it"
