Yeah I'm erm, not allowed in Argentina, but Chile is beautiful, with fantastic wines, steaks and weather.

Not a country suggestion, but the area around Colmar is work visiting. Fantastic scenery, french food and German beer. You could go through Belgium and carry on to Lichtenstein or Switzerland.
