It also means you have no documentation until you verify that it is all actually correct, it means onboarding is extremely difficult and it means your team doesn't know their own system and have to reverse engineer it.

Which isnt just an opinion, its heavily backed by a lot of data. The generative slop machines definitionally produce many of the worst types of errors, major ones that have to be sorted out at the end, but on top of that because you didn't design it determining where problems are is harder.

In every project class and design class it is hammered in how much work can be saved with good planning at the start, that a mistake is an exponentially increasing cost based on when in the process its found, trying to fix a problem way at the end is much more costly than doing it early.
