You're absolutely right. It's that legit discussion often gets drowned out by so much bad-faith criticism. The ring was distracting to me as well when I first started watching the show, and it clearly hampered the initial match more than the others. At the same time, it was still a great show.

It's like seeing an actor in something for the first time and then noticing them in movies you've watched your whole life all of a sudden. Some people just keep their curiosity and seek answers. So, something feels off, they quickly analyze, and find the answer. Milliseconds. Most can't shut it off.

You need to understand humans better. No one is choosing to or to not notice things. They just do or don't. Simply. An observation you didn't notice is still a real factor the show had to actively fight against. You act like it took people extra work to notice something you didn't... It didn't.
