My fear is that centralized political power will militarize embodied AI. We're seeing some impressive feats in robotics and if that becomes part of a 'peace keeping' force, we could be in for bad times. We need to have serious conversations about our path forward. Economics is a big piece of it.

Erik mentioned some early signs of centralization, such as that the biggest firms' share of US retail rose from about 20% to 50%, and private equity is rolling up funeral homes and accounting firms.
