with the evidence. In fact, the way I recovered was by looking into the science and figuring out a recovery plan consistent with the evidence...and it worked. I've been fully recovered for 25 years with no symptoms.

Well we have both anecdotal reports and also clinical trials, and if you look at the anecdotal reports (both of recovered and unrecovered) there are a lot of commonalities which are consistent with the scientific data. I'm fully recovered as well, and my anecdotal recovery story is also consistent
