My hats off to those of you who write books. I usually top out at about 2,000 words for my short stories, and my current wip is sitting at 5,500 words. It feels so huge and sprawling to me. I can't image trying to wrangle 50,000 words! 😂

I did that 9 years for NaNoWriMo. And that's considered a novella length. 😅 Writing that many words is one thing, editing it is another.
