My mom died on January 10th from lung cancer. She passed peacefully in hospice with me and my brother visiting. She was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, actress, and musician. She also raised me as a single mom in 70s/80s/90s NYC, which easily deserves some sort of separate award.
